Formal Complaint Filed After 2026 Records Release

Filed September 9, 2026, with the California Department of Pesticide Regulation. Awaiting written determination.

This letter asks DPR to make a formal, written oversight determination on seven Ladera Ranch pesticide complaints the Orange County Agricultural Commissioner's Office closed between 2019 and 2021: the six documented in Six Under-Investigated Complaints in Five Weeks, and a seventh, case 2021-0002, covered separately in Possible Violations the County's Own Report Got Wrong, along with 2019 DPR correspondence and prior public records productions.
